We are a small group of investors who started the hard way by learning and getting involved in property development projects. Over time, we’ve learned a great deal from this business, taken up courses, gained experience from industry experts and have partnered with other developers on a number of profitable projects. After having done a few different projects our focus now is mainly on small developments as we like to mitigate unnecessary risk and expose ourselves only to a shorter timeframe.

We choose small sites with low cost and essentially target the first home buyer’s market when it comes to sale. One of the main reasons being if there is a slump in the property market, this is the sector that gets less impacted by a decrease in demand. However, there are pitfalls and costly mistakes if the development is not planned, it can be incredibly stressful, costly and unrewarding. This is why we are here to work together with people who are serious about investing and making money in small property development.
